We have stayed at the Quality Inn Plaza many times in the past and also on our stay 4 years ago but we did a split stay with a cruise and the last week at the WDW Dolphin so did not use the disney shuttle service from the hotel. We are booked for 3 weeks this time so will be using the shuttle service, I have the schedule for Sea World and Universal which was great last time but haven't got any info for the Disney service. Has anybody stayed there recently and has a times schedule for the disney shuttle please. I am a bit concerned that the bus will drop/pick up at Ticket and Transportation instead of individual parks. Many thanks.

Hi, we're staying at the Rosen inn this August & using the shuttle to USO & SW, so it would be great if you could let me have the shuttle info. Re Disney, I don't have any info on times but believe you have to pay for the shuttle to Disney so it might be worth looking at different options. My understanding is that shuttles pick up & drop off at EPCOT.

Disney shuttle from Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando is $17 per person return (per day obviously) and you're dropped off/picked up at EPCOT. The shuttle also serves 2 other hotels along the way.

total rip off .... better off staying at pop century or ASMusic with the current 35% discount ...

take the Lynx to DTD then Disney transportation instead ($2 one way per person, weekly and monthly passes available for prepurchase online)

Haven't used the shuttles but have done the Lynx bus from right outside - no issues, $16 for an unlimited weekly pass. Take the 8 then 50 to DTD or TTC, the grab buses or monorail to parks or hotels. That said, we only go for the occasional day and wouldn't fancy it if Disney were the sole purpose of the trip. Fine for us a few times over the holiday as we combine it with trips to outlets etc.

Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando are regularly responding to comments and questions on their Facebook page. Maybe ask them directly?

My US and SW schedule is from 2010 from our last trip but I'm assuming it will be the same/similar. Universal= Pick up times. Rosen Inn 8.00 and 9.45am, Homewood 8.10 and 9.55am and Embassy 8.20 and 10.05am. Return times from US 4.30 and 7.20pm. SW, wet n wild, aquatica Rosen Inn 8.45, Homewood 8.55 and Embassy 9.05am. Returns w+w 5.30pm, Aquatica 5.50pm and SW 6.00pm. It was really easy to book places on coach at the attractions desk in the hotel lobby. Thank you for the info on the Disney shuttles, my concerns were really when coming home from the parks after fireworks/shows. It could be a hassle getting from say HS or MK to Epcot to meet the bus. I will look at some other options including the Lynx. As there will be 6 of us on most Disney days could a taxi be an option for approx the same price. thank you again.

I'd use Lynx for Sea World and Universal.
38 or 8 from right outside Rosen Inn direct to Sea World and Aquatica.
Cross the road and catch the 8, 38 or 42 to Wet n Wild, 10 minute flat easy walk to Uniceraal from there.
Passes are $16 for 7 days; they will mil them to the UK for free.
Combining this with cabs gives us maximum flexibility for minimal cost. Throw in the shuttles too and you've got it sorted.

Thanks for the info. We are there 14 nights from 18/8 but are looking to book the last 5 nights at Disney. We have always stayed at Disney so this is a change for us. We did use the lynx buses from DD to SW & Florida Mall & found them quite easy. For 6 of you maybe it will work out cost affective to get a 6 seater. Certainly to get back late at night. might be worth getting some numbers before you go. When is your stay?

Hi Sharon. We are staying 4 June till 25 June but my SIL and family are only 14 nights. We do want to spend most days together as a family, MK. HS and AK are definites and BB or TL and then probably do US,SW,Aquatica etc separately as well as together as they are easy to get to. I remember on a trip years ago a taxi driver giving us his number to call him anytime, is this something that happens still, so I could say pick us up at 10am from the hotel and then again at 10pm at MK for example, do you think a return trip could be done for $120. On our last trip we did stay onsite for the last week to avoid the travelling back to International Drive late at night, but the budget is really tight this time for us all, we cancelled twice previously before this trip.
