New Guest Shipping Station Now Available at Disney Springs

A new Guest Shipping Station is now available at Disney Springs. Essentially a mini UPS Store, the Guest Shipping Station offers a variety of options for different package types and can ship your merchandise to domestic and international locations. Pricing varies by item shape, fragility, and destination.

The Guest Shipping Station is rather hidden, utilizing a space at the back of the Tren-D building, but accessed from a walkway between Tren-D and Once Upon a Toy. Here’s a look at where to find it, followed by Disney World’s description of the location, and its hours.







There are some signs in select stores that make guests aware that there are shipping options.

No matter where you shop at Disney Springs, the Guest Shipping Station has you covered.

Located in the Marketplace between Once Upon a Toy and Tren-D, the Guest Shipping Station offers visitors professional packing and flexible shipping services to a wide range of domestic and international destinations.
Rates will vary depending on packaging weight, fragility of contents, shipping destination, and shipping services selected. Visit the Guest Shipping Station to determine your package-specific rate.
