I can’t guarantee success, but here are my thoughts…
Log on/ sign in to the Disney Store website “before” the 8 AM PT drop.
(if you don’t have an account make one before the drop)
You may go into a waiting room, Do not close your browser, wait for your turn.
Put some small item that you may or may not want in the cart, then add all the codes/discounts that apply to you (edit: before the drop/waiting room). For example: SHIPMAGIC (free shipping for orders over $75), D23 members discount code, Disney visa card discount code.
Because there is a small item in your cart, all your discount codes should be there ready to go when you add wreath to cart. Before the final check out, just delete the extra item if you do not want it. (Hope this makes sense)
Keep in mind “if” the D23 or Disney Visa discounts apply to the Mickey Mouse Pumpkin Wreath, the price may drop below $75 and you will be charged shipping. You may wish to have a small item in mind to purchase, if you want to avoid shipping charge.

I wish they'd sell some of their Disney bags online. I only go to the parks a couple of times a year, and have yet to find any in stock during my trips.

Stage will present a rotation of family-friendly entertainment, from a high-energy DJ leading dance parties with Disney Jr. music, to upbeat live performances featuring favorite Disney Jr. characters and a bubble show inspired by “Disney Jr.’s Ariel.” Closer to the date, guests can check the Disneyland app for show times.
Preschoolers and their families will also be able to play and create together with crafts inspired by the live performances and “Disney Jr.’s Ariel.”
In addition to all the limited-time fun, we have some bonus merchandise news! Beginning Aug. 8 and while supplies last, Create Your Own Headbands will return to Disneyland Resort at The Mad Hatter on Main Street, U.S.A., in Disneyland Park and Bing Bong’s Sweet Stuff in Pixar Pier at Disney California Adventure park.
