Was on the website before the queue started and no inventory was listed. The queue only lasted around 10 minutes are far as i can tell, about 9:30 eastern to 9:40am. Unsure if they put any up or it was minimal but it surely is not a great look to announce a time and not have anything for said time lol.

Hello everyone! I hope you are all well! As you can probably tell, I have not been able to post and I’m sorry for that. @cellomom has been doing an amazing job keeping up with the daily posting, and will continue to post going forward, but posting daily/all day is a lot of work! It's crazy I just stumbled upon The first chapter gift set. Out of curiosity did a search “Lorcana” on shopDisney and lo and behold a few things were in stock (starter sets & gift set), low stock, but in stock. Everything was disappearing in a blink of an eye.

Right now it's the wild wild west in getting product without paying 2-3x retail. Your best bet is getting lucky when you walk into Target or Walmart while they're restocking their trading cards section. Gamestop will be releasing their inventory this Friday but it would seem they will also have low inventory like everyone else did.

We have a small wave hitting local gaming stores in October for this set before a big reprint wave hitting in q1 next year. So, if you have a card shop around you, you can ask if they are receiving anything in October but the first set will be hard to get until next year.

A larger print run is rumored for the next set that comes in November/December, so that set might be more readily and easily available than this first set but we will see.

I did want to play and would have bought a starter deck but also some packs. The whole point is to play a little, then maybe buy a pack or two to tweak up your game. It's impulsive, y'know? I'm just not at a point where I want to scramble for this stuff. The same is true of a lot of the hot Disney parks items. I mean, I want a limitede edition tiki mug form Trader Sams, but I'm not making a psecial trip and waiting in a line for hours. If I can buy it when I'm there, great! Stuff is all so crazy now.

Yesterday I noticed the same scenario, a small restock of select Lorcana. Below are a few links to select Lorcana product on shopDisney. (sorry, I don't have more links)
As @BrianL says don't "hustle for scraps" but you can use the links to check on stock. You might get lucky
