Hi! I just spoke with customer service (Ashley) for Shop Disney as one item I selected to ship to a PO Box shows that the USPS has been waiting a week for Disney to give / send to them for shipping (has a tracking number). Ashley confirmed it looks like USPS is still waiting for Disney to provide item. She then said that Disney does not deliver to PO Boxes. (I had spoken to two cast members prior to ordering about what address to use - both said PO Box.).

Is it accurate that this will not ever arrive to the PO Box & I should request a refund? Has anyone else seen this long of a wait for handoff to USPS and then still received their package?

Hey, so sorry you are having trouble with your shipment. As far as the question about PO Boxes, yes they do ship to PO boxes. On the help page there is information about shipping time for PO boxes

I don’t have an answer on why there’s such a long delay between shopDisney and USPS, I would keep checking with customer service every few days until your item ships.

Those aren't earrings they are pins. They also did a set with a mini spoon and thimble for the 50th. The tag they are on also says pin trading and those aren't earing backs.

I don't think the posts would be long enough but maybe. They for sure are thicker than an earing and heavy. But I mean if that's the look you want and don't care what your ears look like. Ouch...

All I can think of is joe rhode and dr pimple popper since she's fixed ears after people took their gauges out.
