Oooh - those are the Oga's Cantina mugs, aren't they? Seeing as how I've never been able to get in there, I could get them online without a huge markup, and I don't have to pay for the drink either!

Yes--- and they are heavy and I had to cart both those back on a plane from DLR last month because DD just had to have them both. I wish I had known they would be on shop disney in a few weeks! I don't think I've ever seen any of the tiki mugs on shop Disney. They must finally be paying attention to how much they go for on ebay.

Gahhhh I hesitated and now they sold out! Anyone else get so annoyed over everything Disney being so hard to get? Is the fan base that huge or are they just not producing enough stock ever?

It's a little of both. Between the rabid fanbase that exploded due to nerds reproducing a generation of super-geekdom and their constant connectedness via the Internet, plus the bot-using reselling opportunists and the usual supply chain issues impacting a lot right now, things like this are continuing to happen. It's so hard our there for a fan these days. I used to have huge nerd cred, always abel to score items and tickets to hot movies and events, but my old ways just don't work anymore. Didn't all these nerds know they weren't supposed to have kids?

I really like these guys. I am glad that they seem to be sticking around and getting a bit popular. I have a great picture of me with them from a few years ago:

Disney Gossip: Disney Cracking down on reselling of park merchandise

Disney is trying to fight the reseller market by limiting product purchases to 2 items per guest. We are hearing word that Disney is going to take that a step further by revoking Annual Passes and issuing Trespassing Warnings to those resellers.

(As stated in the title, this is not announced, just thought it was fitting to the discussion.)

The last time “Rebecca Hook“ posted a release date, the Jewerly did not show up until a day or two later. Please continue to check. This necklace and bracelet was part of the Trunk Show that took place this past weekend at MK.

edit: I am reading through the comments on Instagram, it looks like RH is checking into why it did not release on shopDisney today.
