My sister used zazzle (i think?) to design transfers for shirts for her dis wedding- my 2 boys had Wall E ones which said their name and ringbearer on them with the wedding details on the back - they got alot of attention around the parks. (She did the girls diamante flowergirl ones)

you may watn to look online at Disney shopping, as they have been running great deals on their shirts (so @ $5!), if you have a Disney Visa, you can get an additional discount. I stocked up that way...
You should check out the DISign Board (all the way down on the main page here at the DIS) for some great do-it-yourself tshirt ideas. They're a super talented and great group. They will customize most of their DISigns and they're often much cooler than you can find online or in stores!
If you've got a printer and some iron-on transfers, you can make some shirts for every day of your trip with DISigns from those guys!
Definitly agree with Neesy on this. I have had a few people create things for me and they did a terrific job. I can't wait to actually put them on shirts now! The people on the creative Disign board are very talented and most will personalize things for you. Check there...
I had a ton of help from all the talented people on the DISigns board.....we matched for all 8 days of our last trip! I picked up a few at the Disney Store, did some Mickey tye dyes and then some DISigns. I like how it looks in our photopass pictures when we all match!!!
