Disney shipping

Hope someone can help. I bought my DD a Cinderella Castle playset while at Downtown Disney on Nov. 25th. With the free shipping offer I couldnt help myself!. My question is does anyone know how long it takes to receive an item shipped from Disney? Or which company they use to ship? I called the # on my sales slip and they are only Mon-Fri 9-5. It has 10 days and nothing yet. I would just like to know when I should be expecting it. Thanks!

I believe mine came via UPS and didn't take the full 10 days, but I think they do tell you up to 10 days....BUSINESS DAYS. Nov. 25 was the day before Thanksgiving so I would not even count that day, nor would I count Thanksgiving Day or Friday, just because of the holiday. I would say if you don't have it by the end of this week, Dec 11, then I would start making some calls!

Great gifty by the way. We gave this to DD either last year or the year before and she STILL plays with it and she's 6 1/2.
