Disney sending request for $250 after a PTA fundraiser shows a Disney movie

My church pays for a yearly license (through CCLI) in order to use video or audio during church service, as well as project lyrics on screen. During regular old worship service.

Surely a school district can shell out $800 for the same basic thing.
