We bought one during one of our last trips to Disney.
I had a horrid umbrella stroller that hurt when I bent over. I was looking for something similar, so when I saw it for sale, I bought it. Kinda and impulse buy, but since I was considering a Macclaren, totally cheaper.
It's not the best stroller, but certainly not the worst. We took off the "canopy", since it made folding it almost impossible. I was looking for a tray in the front, but since it doesn't have one, I was shocked to learn that my daughter doesn't mind. It's annoying that it doesn't have cup holders. It's really light, which makes it great for buses and boats. Either it didn't come with a lock to keep it in the locked position, or we lost it, so it's a little hard to carry when it's closed.
I use this stroller as our main stroller. We go to Disney about once a month, so it does stand up down there. If you're worried about the rain, they do make rain shades. Julie's in a hat and glasses while we're down there, and she's not made of sugar ... so we don't worry about her burning in the sun or melting in the rain.
To the poster above me, my little Juliette and your daughter have the same name. I love running across people with that name since it's not common.
