Looking for a heads up on the scrapbooking albums now being sold at disney.
What is the quality like-should I even bother?
Also are they true 12x12?
How many pages in album, how many pages in a refill package?
And finally how much for the albums, how much for the refills?
Lots of questions hey!
Thanks gals!

I think the quality is pretty good actually. I've got 6... 5, top loading post bound (12x12) and one 12x12 binder (which I have not used yet). They're a little bigger than 12x12, but I have had to cut mine down because the protectors don't give allowance for turning the pages. (Does that make sense?) The post bound hold 30 pages, but I would say they are not made to add refills. You cannot buy refills at Disney, but have to call a number. I wouldn't even bother with those because the spines of the post bound are sturdy, (basically folded with creases) and won't allow for many if any refills. The 12x12 post bound are $25 (but do come with cardstock... white and colored) and the binder style (comes with all white cardstock) is $28. Oh... and the post bound come with a STURDY STURDY STURDY pocket page in the back. I have had to throw each and every one out, because they just don't bend!!

HTH!! Feel free to ask any more questions you may have.

They had a beautiful leather one too...I think it was 35, but don't quote me on that...I think it was a binder, so easy to refill.

I'm not sure if I have the same one as ToDisney or not, but it is 12x12 postbound. I've put extra page protectors in, but to be honest, I just threw away the original page protectors and used 2 packs of a different brand so they would match right threw the album.
I've also extended the posts, so really all I've used was the cover!

I also saw the leather binder and it is gorgeous!! If I see that again next month then I think I will have to have that one, it is really really beautiful

just a heads up though-
mine fro 2002 is NOT standing the test of time - yesturday I went to dust the shelf all the books are on - and had to move them all and the binding on y 3-ring style album is a mess - all cracking inside and breaking apart!

I think that's the one I have... it was only $28. I don't usually "do" binder style, but it was the only design that I thought was appropriate for my 13 yo... ;)
