Disney science project?

Does anyone have any good ideas for a Disney-themed or related science fair project? They must be fairly simple because my kids are in first grade and kindergarten. Any suggestions? It can be any kind of theory to be proven or something like that or an experiment to be conducted--even something to do with the trip there or back (we are flying). It's not due for a while, but we are going in less than 10 days so I need some suggestions. Thanks for any help!!!

Perhaps counting the left/right queue line patterns? That's about the only thing I can think of (other than roller coaster physics) that could legitimately done at a theme park.

at the Land in Epcot they sell little plants that your kids could grow. I would think if they documented the amount of water they gave each it would be fine.
