Disney Rewards Question

Does anyone know if I can use my sister's Disney Rewards card? She has some $$ that is about to expire. She has already signed her card. I couldn't exactly tell by reading the plan. TIA.

I let my DD11 use mine at WDW last summer. I was always within sight, just incase. And I've applied mine, my DH, and my DM's toward our ship board acct without problems.
