Disney Rewards question

We have always called and got our Disney Rewards $$ in advance of our trips. We are taking a last minute trip and didn't have time to call to get our Rewards $$. I think I remember someone saying you could get them at DTD. Is that true? I don't have any old cards either so we can't just reload them.

Does anyone know? Can we just go to Guest Relations at DTD? TIA!!!!

Yes.

I just googled "disney visa rewards", clicked on "how do redeem" which comes up right on the google page, then clicked on "Get One At The Parks".

That drops down the following info:

Pick up a Disney Rewards Redemption Card at these Guest Relations locations (present photo ID and your Disney Rewards® Visa® Card):
Walt Disney World® Resort, located directly inside and outside each Park

Yes, one time I forgot, and all I had to do is go to the place in DTD, took no time at all and they gave DD stickers which made her day!

This just happened to my mom last week. She went to GR at Epcot and they handed her an envelope with the card in it. I know she had to make some calls to get $$ transferred over and stuff, but it wasn't much of a hassle at all.

If you still have a Disney Dream Reward Dollars card that is not yet expired, you can transfer dollars to it online.
