I totally forgot to request a Rewards Redemption Card in time for our trip! Is there anywhere that I can get one in WDW? Can they do it at check-in at POP? Thanks in advance for the help!!

You will need to go to guest services at Downtown Disney. They will be able to issue you a card there, on the spot. It's what we always do.

Seems like I remember that you can get one at Downtown Disney if you forgot to request one before you left.

You can also get it at guest services at MK, at least we were able to.

We got ours at guest services at Hollywood Studios. It was very easy to do and only took at couple of minutes.

You will have to then call Chase to have the rewards transferred to your card. The card they issue is a "blank" card.

You can pick up the card at any guest services- any park or DTD

We picked ours up at Guest Services outside MK. Very easy! Like others said, they give you a blank card, you call and activate. Took my hubby about 5 minutes and we were good to go!

Every Guest Services has a Mickey phone right on the counter so you can call.

Super easy getting the card in the parks/DTD, I have done it several times. Just check the expiration date, they should have the new cards with a 12/12 expiration.

If you have the CC, it won't be a problem.

If you are getting the rewards from the *debit* card program, make SURE they know you have the debit card. It's a totally different card you get, and a guest services person wasted 2 HOURS of my vacation in December by giving me the wrong card. 2 hours talking to 5 different people trying to get it worked out, plus the time to get to another guest relations the following day to get the right card....

But if it's a CC, no problem, they are used to those.
