Disney rewards money after cruise

We got off the Fantasy last Saturday and we had applied our Disney rewards redemption card to our account. We had several hundred dollars left over and were told it would go back on our rewards card. Anyone know how long this takes? As of right now when I check it still says we have a 0 balance on our rewards card. Should I be concerned or does this take time to process?!

I would also check the credit card that you had listed for your on board charges. It's possible they put your Disney rewards $ on your credit card as a credit, even though they were supposed to put it on your redemption card.

Nope not on the credit card either.

We had money left on a Disney gift card. It took about 5 business days after the cruise ended.

I would give it until next week, then call DCL to ask.
