Have any of you ever had your rewards missing from your account. We had 37.00 and I went to transfer them to our reward card adn they are not there. What can I do?
Thanks!

I am not sure if this helps you, but yesterday went online and all my rewards were gone. Called CHASE and they said they would be back in 24-48 hours as they were doing something to the system. Makes no sense to me, but whatever.

They were able to tell that I had rewards, I just couldnt see them myself.

I havent checked today to see if they are back in there yet.

Well that makes me feel better. :sunny: I know that they plan an update form 9/17 and some info won't be available. I did send an e-mail but that takes 2 business days for replys. Account is in Hybby name and they won't talk to me and he is too busy to call.

Thanks for you reply and help!!! :wave2:

I went back to my account, and my rewards are there again, so for once, CHASE was right.

Hope your dollars are back in there too.

Just off the phone with Chase and they are showing up on their end just not online. :confused3 Still not sure why?? I am keeping my copy of our currrent statement as proof.

Thanks for everyones help. :cheer2:

Has anyone had a problem getting their rewards? I have racked up a lot of cc debt with deposits , airline tickets etc. and my rewards balance shows 121. I thought it was 1 pt per $100 spent but this doesn't add up.

HELP!

Your rewards post to your account at the end of the billing cycle not as you accumulate charges. So you have to wait for your statement to get all of your rewards so if something is showing on your activity it will not be reflected in your rewards. Could that be what is happening? :confused3

It's 1 for every dollar you pay... so if you're racking up the debt but not paying it all off you'll only see 1 point for every $100. you pay. Also you don't get any points for balance transfers that you put to your Chase card. HTH.

Thats not how mine worked. I put my study abroad trip to Europe on my Disney Visa card and all the points showed up when I did it.

I'm still paying it off ( ) and I only get 1 reward point every month and I haven't been making $100 payments.

Also, I work for Chase. They're doing a lot of program changes because there are still a lot of different things being merged from Bank One. The branch I work at used to be a Bank One, so we get a lot of confused customers.
I don't really know much about the credit card side of things, as we only make payments-- not release information. But I imagine it's all pretty much the same sort of problems?

Chase awards $1 Disney Reward Dollar for every $100 charged. For example, if you buy $1200 in airline tickets, you will have $12 in your Rewards Balance. The rewards will be posted to your account at the end of your billing cycle. Your Reward Balance will not increase btwn cycles, since your rewards are 1% of your total charges.

HTH.

I was sure it only credited points when you paid the amount but I may be wrong as we try to pay off our balance completely each month. :confused3

That is not correct..

I work there too, in credit cards & the Bank One/Chase merger is complete... any program changes that occur have nothing to do with the merger...
