Disney Reward Points and DDP

Hi,

Can I pay for the DDP with my Disney Reward points from my Visa card when I check in? I thought I could, but saw a post where someone said no. Just doublechecking.

Yes, I do it on every trip. You have to order the Rewards card, the CM will swipe the card at check in. You can buy just about anything at WDW with the Rewards card.

That's what I thought. We use it all the time. But someone on another board said if you're staying DVC and getting the DDP you couldn't pay for it with reward points. That just didn't sound right cause we use it everywhere while we're at WDW.....well almost....except for the parasol booth in front ot the France pavillion at Epcot.

I just used it in Dec. We were on a points stay. No problem at all.
