Disney Reward Dollars

I have the Visa and will want to get the $$ card pretty soon to take on our trip with us. How long does it take to get the rewards cards ??? I don't want to leave it too late.

If you are talking about the rewards card that you receive as a result of getting the card, mine didn't take long at all. I would say I received it within a few weeks of making my first charge.

So if I go to redeem the rewards - it will take only a couple weeks to get the card ? I already have the Visa.. I just want the loot !! He he !!

i just got mine. it took about a week.

you have to have 25 points to receive a card. after that you have to have at least 10 to transfer them to the card. i got my card now and plan to transfer the rest of my points right before i leave-- that way i know i will hae at least 10 and wont be missing a few extra dollars.

Last time we went we didn't know if we had enough time to get our rewards card in the mail so we just picked up one at Downtown Disney. There's a customer service area there (I think in the marketplace) that you can rent strollers and get pictures done and also pick up rewards cards. You just have to show them your Disney Visa and they give you the actual rewards card then you call to activate and transfer your $ over to it. Extremely easy. I think you can also get one at Guest Relations at the parks? Not sure on that one.
