Disney reward dollars for cruise?

Does anyone know if you can use the Disney reward dollars from the Visa card when you book your cruise? Or is it just for room charges and the like? It's pretty confusing in the description.

I e-mailed Disney and First USA and they both said "Disney Dream Reward Dollars can be applied as payment toward a Cruise Line Reservation or to settle your onboard account with out Guest Services Team."
