disney reward dollars and cash

Is this "legal"....can I purchase disney dollars with my disney visa rewards card and then exchange the disney dollars for cash?

I want to purchase my tickets at SOG, and can't with D$, so trying to find a way!

I'm not sure what SOG is but I used Disney rewards to purchase Disney gift cards so if SOG takes Disney gift cards it would work.

I'm not 100% positive, but I think this can be done. You'd have to exchange your Disney Dollars at the Guest Relations/concierge desk at your resort or any theme park. Can anyone confirm for certain that this can be done?
