Disney resort via undercover tourist

Is undercover tourist legit for Disney resorts because the first week in May 2026 on the official WDW website all star music, movies and sports resorts are not available but on undercover tourists website it's showing it's available is it safe to book on undercover tourists website despite WDW website is showing not available for any 3 all star resorts?

From reading in the cart section of quotation it says refundable deposit and pay later would I be able to make payments over the phone or if I create login account on undercover tourists and booked whilst logged in can I make payments online or would I have to wait until its due in?

They are a pretty popular website. I've bought tickets from them and they often have tickets available for sold out events. I wouldn't think they would want to ruin their reputation by not providing legit resort bookings.

Just know that they are your “travel agent” so any room requests, changes, etc have to go through undercover tourist.

Room request isn't a problem because there's an option upon booking where it says requests for hotel. If I need to change the date I can do that by phoning undercover tourist or possibly when I do book I can log in to undercover tourist and possibly change it online under my orders after when I book.

They are a pretty popular website. I've bought tickets from them and they often have tickets available for sold out events. I wouldn't think they would want to ruin their reputation by not providing legit resort bookings.

I think there are cheer competitions in early May which may be why the WDW website shows no availability. UT is legit.

Agreed. UT is legit. I wouldn't hesitate to book thru them, if they have a room offer that I can't book directly.

Just to add to the great comments already shared.

UT just like Priceline, Expedia or other third-party groups they are allocated blocks of rooms at different resorts to sell. That's why Disney may have no availabiltiy but other third-party groups often have room blocks to sell.

Yes, the big Summit championship takes place 4/30 - 5/3 next year and large blocks of rooms are booked for cheer squads and families at the All Stars and Coronado. iirc sometimes AKL but those are the main resorts.

Yeah, we never had an issue the times that we used our TA. It has never affected our trips, even when we had to change a date, very simple Making payments through them is also a breeze and we use GC's. LOL
