Disney resort reservation not properly linking with MDE

So I booked a package through a TA, and once I got the confirmation number, linked it to MDE. I was able to order Magic Bands no problem. However, it seems like there's a problem with the ticket portion not fully linking. When I tried to set up FastPasses (just dummy ones), tickets were not coming up for my boyfriend or myself. And when I tried the "link package" option, I got an error message saying that package was already linked to someone else. Plus, when I pull up my package reservation from the homepage of the MDE app, it has the correct hotel and stay days, but doesn't have our tickets listed at all. And my boyfriend and I are listed, but with grayed out Mickey avatars, not the ones I personalized. Long story short: Do I have to call Disney tech support (ugh!) to unlink and relink the package correctly, or is there anything I can do on my end?? TIA!!

You won't be able to set up even dummy FP's before your 60 day window if you have a package. The avatars haven't been appearing correctly for a couple of weeks now. As long as your resort res, and tickets show, you should be good.

Only people with separately linked tickets can practice booking FPs.

Those with Packages have to wait until 60 days prior to check-in to have FP booking available to them.

Please see @mesaboy2's FP FAQ Sticky at the top of this forum for details.

That's what I'm saying though, my tickets are not showing in MDE...
Good to know re: no dummy FP creating though! I'm still not convinced all is right, however, since my tickets are not showing as part of my resort reservation package.

Your tickets don't have to show. With "Packages," it's the "package" that opens the FP booking window. Your tickets remain inactive until check-in date.

You can always call Disney but this is described in the FP FAQ.

I am now well aware that my tickets don't have to show in order for me to not be able to book FP, that was simply just a follow up comment that I'm concerned my tickets aren't showing up as park of my package in MDE. Last year, both my tickets and DDP were listed. Jeez.

I'm just saying that @mesaboy2 describes that Tickets and avatars don't usually show up. But you can always call Disney. Just trying to keep you from wasting time on the phone.

I just looked and my tickets don't show on the app, but if I look at DME online it shows "MYW Pkg + Dining 2017 Table Service Meals - Adult, 2017 Table Service Meals - Child, 2017 Quick Service Meals" and my receipt from my TA shows how many days my tickets are, and what type they are.

What @hiroMYhero is trying to explain is that what you are experiencing is completely normal. Since you have a package, your tickets are not going to show up on MDE.

There is nothing to be concerned about.
