Disney Resort Question

Has anyone who has a reservation at any hotels that aren’t DVC and haven’t canceled yet, have you been upgraded to one that is DVC? My TA said that Disney has been doing that and I’m curious if anyone has seen it happen.

To my knowledge this hasn't happened yet. At least not that I've seen on these boards or experienced myself. I've heard rumors that is likely to happen, though!
