Hi,

I thought I would just pass this on. I just clicked on the reservation site for about the 100th time this weekend and was finally able to get on. I have checked it out and nothing has changed, so the only reservations that you can make is the ones who have always been able to do.

Ok so it was working for about 5 minutes then after that I couldn't get on. I checked this morning, and it says once again that "booking engine is down for maintenance, please try again later".

I can't imagine that they would keep it down until they release the new ticket and package plans on 1/2/05. That is 4 weeks away.

I guess sometimes to take two steps forward you first need to take a step back.

I was able to use it last night to price room only for my April trip. I added that price to the MYW ticket I'll purchase and the dining plan. If the rooms aren't discounted when the packages are released next month, we'll have to stay at Pop Century instead of POFR.

As much as I love POP, I was really looking forward to staying at a moderate. Oh well, I'll just have to wait and see what happens.

I just tried it too - :badpc:

And I still didn't see an option for the new MMY packages - just the Dreammakers

ILoveWDW2003,

It would be nice if I could go on there and start pricing some dates. I guess I will keep trying.

i may be wrong, but i'd hate for you to be disappointed, so here goes... the way i understood the MYW program, you cannot get the dining plan unless you purchase a package including room, so room-only ressie would not work... you can buy the MYW ticket, but not dining option w/out a package... anyone understand it differently?

I've helped a few friends already price their dates by using resort rack rates plus the MYW tickets - they were very happy to see the savings over what they had previously seen for Dream Maker prices. (they were for 6 night stays) They also were happy to hear the pricing on the Dining plan.

I think disneyjunkie was just trying to come up with a ballpark price.
