I have searched and have not found anything like this...
I have enjoyed getting various recipes on this site. How about starting a thread just for recipes from Disney restaurants?
I'll start - here is on from Narcoossee's that I got back in 1998 - it is awesome!
Herb Pesto Sauce
Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
Narcoossees
INGREDIENTS
1/4 oz fresh basil
1/8 oz fresh sage
1/8 oz fresh oregano
1/4 oz fresh baby spinach
1/8 oz garlic cloves - crushed
1 oz olive oil
1/2 oz asiago cheese grated
1/2 oz pine nuts toasted slightly
1/8 oz kosher salt
1/8 oz fresh ground pepper
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Crush and paste garlic and rough chop all the washed, cleaned baby spinach. Combine all in a blender or food processor. Pulse to blend. Add olive oil slowly until it forms a smooth puree. Add grated asiago and the toasted pine nuts. Adjust consistency with olive oil. Add salt and pepper.
Store in refrigerator in a clean and tightly covered plastic container.
Yield: 4 servings
