Disney Recipe SWAP

I'd like to join this one. I could do Coconut Rice from Boma's for Group 4. We loved this when we had it at Boma's. I would really like to see the pictures that someone mentioned as this would be my first swap and I'm a bit nervous.

I would like to know if anyone would be interested in Food and Wine festival recipes or not. I can do them if they are wanted- I coolect the recipe books- although I seldom use them.

Deb, just wondering.....Have you tried this recipe and is it hard? It is sooooo good that I wondered if it would really turn out the way Palo makes it if I tried it. That should be a fun recipe card to make!!!

Food and Wine recipe(s) would be fine! I think I may have forgotten to pick up a recipe book this year when I was there. There were some good treats this year..........I mean last Fall!
