We went to DW August 1-8 with our 2.5 year old and our 1 year old. Our 2.5 year old was not potty trained before our trip so we just packed her diapers...anyway we get there and she became facinated with the toilet in our room. Needless to say she climbed up onto it one night of our trip and she started potty training herself while in Disney! NOT kidding. Yes she still has accidents but this was the beginning of our journey to no diapers.

All my friends say they're taking there kids there too when it's time to start training! LOL.

We went to Disney 2 months after my DD's 3rd birthday. We were having a heck of a time potty training her. On that Dec. trip she decided she was potty trained. After that only an occasional night time accident. Until your post I did nto think of it as part of Disney's magic. That is a nice thought!!!

We took our DS 3 to Disney last year, and the first night, he decided he would poop on the potty in our room. He was already peeing in the potty, but it totally clicked for him there. Chalk another one up to the Disney magic!

We're taking my almost 3 yr old to DL in October. He's doing so-so with potty training, so here's hoping the magic works at DL, too!

I totally get that! Ours was our local zoo.

I thought my 3rd child would never get potty trained but something clicked on the day we went to the zoo with the toddler toilets in the petting zoo area.

Sometimes locations ARE more magical than we ever know.

My 3.5 dd was so resistant to potty training. When we told her we were going to Disney World, we said she had to start using the potty so we could go. She potty trained over the weekend and has been doing great over the past month and a half. So for her just the excitement about going there was enough!
