Is there somewhere that you can listen to music that is playing at disneyworld (like in MK) on the net?
I just got a new computer and can finally listen to some tunes on it!

Yes! There is!! :D

I listen to it all day long :rolleyes1
Go to www.live365.com
You will have to download their free player (really easy to do!) and then do a search for Disney Music and it will come up with lots of channels. Add them to your presets, you so can easily get them again.

The best are Park Hopper and Sorcerer Radio. Intercot Radio is pretty good too!

I've been listening to live365 for about 3 or 4 years now and while you hear stuff over and over again, it's fantastic to just get a disney fix. I signed up for the VIP awhile ago and I love it! NO commercials and you get a few new channels you can't get with the free account.

There's one channel that plays just disney background music from parks and resorts. When I am busy doing stuff on the puter, I just click on that one and listen to some great soft instrumental music that I can also work to!

Enjoy the Disney tunes!

Thanks...I just finished finding the music and am listening to Sorcerer Radio right now!

Thank you Timon (AKA Cass) for posting this link.

It's WONDERFUL!!!! ::yes::

I had no idea that I could get this.

I have installed the player, Do you have to pay or is this always free?

Did you take the "Ads" off or do we have to listen to them?

I feel like I'm eavesdropping on WDW. It's great. :rockband:

Thanks again,
Carol :wave2:

Carol,

It's always free but you will have the ads. Hubby and I listen to Live365 every day pretty much all day since we both work at home and are on our computers all day so we decided to get the VIP status so we can skip the ads and get some extra stations.

We listened to the free version for almost two years so there's nothing wrong with it if you don't mind listening to those pesky ads!

Isn't it great!!!!! When we go to WDW, we know all the songs and words to the attractions LOL but I think it ads to our enjoyment cus we notice the little things like the music playing while we are waiting for Illuminations to start or while walking through Wilderness Lodge :)

There are a few things that are overplayed though, I don't know if I will ever ride that Mexican Boat ride again! ;) LOL

Hi Timon,

My DD, DS and self listened to Sorceror Music last evening and certain songs reminded us of things from WDW (tiki, tiki room, pirate of the caribbean etc)

As we have only just started listening to this, we haven't heard too many replays yet. But I'm sure that in time, we will start hearing the overplayed selections.

It sure puts us in the mood towards our upcoming trip when this music is playing. :goodvibes

I was curious (hope you don't mind me asking) what type of work do you do at home?

I work in a Dental Office as the Office Administrator, but would love to be able to earn my living from home. I dread the icy, slushy, freezing rain days of winter when I have to go to work in my car.

There are too many maniacs on the roads these days!  :crazy2:

Thanks again for the music link, I feel a little bit closer to WDW now :cloud9:

Timon,

You'll never guess?

The minute I posted the previous reply to you the "Mexico" music came on the Live365. LOL

Carol

Carol,

LOL  Yeah Gotta love that ride! I have to say that although I have never been to the Biergarten in Epcot, I NEVER EVER WILL!!!!!!!! Just because I hear it all the time and it drives me crazy!! At least I will listen to the Mexico Ride still, Biergarten comes on and I am changing channels :)

My husband owns his own business, at first it was only a Mobile Disc Jockey company that he ran in his spare time but now he is also doing some engineering consulting for a company based in San Diego, so it's full time and DJ'ing on the week-ends. I was working at the airport until last June when my Lupus flared up and I haven't been able to work for quite some time. My health is just starting to return now. A couple months ago I started to think about what I could do while still at home, something that I could do on my schedule when I am feeling good and something that I love.

So, I started my own business, a digital scrapbooking business.

I've only just started it, I still have tons to do to really get it going. I haven't even started to advertise yet and I still need to work on the website more.

We just sold our house and we are moving in two weeks so when I am feeling good healthwise, I am packing or organizing. HOpefully in Feb I will have more time to devote to getting it running. I've only had one customers so far.

What a great reason to get some new computer speakers!!!

PoohBWV,

I am married to a huge techno geek! Both of our computers are THX certified with surround sound ;)

Timon,

I'm sorry to hear about your health problems, but hoping that things will improve in the near future, also wanted to wish you Good Luck with your new endeavor. ::yes::

I also have a medical problem to deal with as my DS(13) has Tourette's Syndrome and this sometimes can be very stressful to deal with, which is why we like to "escape" to WDW as often as possible.

The Link365 will help us to pass the days to our next "escape" :cheer2:

Thanks again,
Carol
