Disney Race Organizers, Please Listen

Hey folks here is also something we could do to further this cause.

We will be at the ING ATlanta marathon, doing the 1/2, and Disney folks are ssupposed to be at the EXPO. We will make it a point t tell them our concerns and the concerns of others reference this issue, sooo if ya are at any other race be it Disney or other, Tell the Disney folsk at teh Expo your thoughts, It couldn't hurt. Hey bing a couple of changes of clothes, sunglasses etc and change them several times and go back and tell then again and again.

Yes I am starting a society to change teh spelling of the to teh. LOL Also for to fro. Mayne it is a right brain left brain thing, nahhh just a cruddy typist and speller. LOL

Scott that is a wonderfull idea please post it on teh Weekly and teh thead for Teh Atlanta marathon.

Anyone doing a marathon anywhere that has an expo with Disney there please tell them.

I agree with others here that the pace constraint will keep people from joining in the activity and having fun with family/friends. Disney is a place of gathering and truly hate to see people unable to join in an event that is being held off hours due to an extra 20 min not being afforded to them.

Hopefully Disney will reconsider and allow more people to participate in this event.

My DH asked me yesterday if I was planning to do the ToT again this year, I explained that my sister wouldn't be available to go. I also told him about the 16 minute pace requirement and he said he didn't think he could go either. That's a pretty steep threshhold for a lot of people who would like to experience a fun race and are working towards a goal.
