I was thinking about taking my two kids (11 and 13) to Disney Quest for our first day. Is it worth the money? Anyone have pics or experiences to share?
Thanks!!

Daughters were 5 and 9 last trip and we loved Disney Quest. We are planning on spending a day here on our trip on Sept. The only complaint was the virtual games with the head sets, stunk like sweaty teens with no deodorant!!!! I hoping that the food court still has panini, because this was one of our favorite c/s!!

We went to Disney Quest two years ago. We walked in and walked out about 30 minutes later. It was very crowded. People were on almost every video game and were not getting off. It was very difficult to play anything.

Its a better thing to get if you are putting the water park and more option on your tickets. That way, its included. If you like it, then great..if not.. you still get the water parks!

I think you kiddos will love it!! DH and I have been a few times and we had so much fun! You could easily spend a whole afternoon there. I say go for it!

My experience was kind of bad and good at the same time...It was fun, and then I got on The Magic Carpet Ride, and the Pirates ride and I got sick. But I mean it was fun...But for me to get sick from a ride is weird because I don't have motion sickeness..But other people have loved it!

We went there this past March with our 9 yr old and 11 yr old and they loved it. We spend most of an afternoon and evening there. We never had a hard time getting to play a game and we were there durring spring break week. There is plenty of a variety. I cant say 100% for sure we would of paid OOP, but with it added on as an option onour tickets, we tried it and like it. We are more than likely going back when we return to Disney in Sept. But, for anyone with a LO (ours was 17mo) it is a pain with them. She wasnt old enough to do much of anything and you cannot bring in a stroller, so we were stuck carrying around the LO, diaper bag and camera bag.
Ide have to guess that your children, being the age that they are, would enjoy it. Have fun!

For our family adding the entire WP and more option was about the same cost as one day at DisneyQuest. So, of course we went ahead and checked out WP's also.

Anyway, as far as DQ goes, my kids loved it. Of course my two boys are hardcore gamers! My dd found many things that she liked as well though, especially the animation class.

We actually went twice during our trip. We went once as a family, and dh and the boys went back on another day while dd and I shopped at DTD.

We went on weekdays right before lunchtime, and did not find it to be crowded. Also, we had a very nice, quiet lunch there.

My kids are 10 and 12 and love DQ. It is very nice for that age and does have some unique games that you will not find elsewhere. We get waterpark and more tickets and go at least once per trip now (it held not appeal for the kids until a few years ago). If it is crowded it can be miserable though. We don't go when it rains because that is when everyone heads over. Saturday afternoon and night is also crowded (with lots of locals and tourists).
