Hi Everyone,
Well I am now planning my 5th trip to Disney World, and my wife and I are very excited.

I have been looking around on the wdw board, but I cannot find any information relating to Disney Quest and the Flex pass (part of the Park Hopper Pass). I remember we were allowed to use the Flex potion of the hopper pass for Disney Quest, but I wanted to make sure that it was still supported.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you,
F

I think I'm getting a little confused by your terminology.

Several years ago, Disney offered "Flex Features" as a part of hotel/length-of-stay ticket packages. Those "Flex Features" could be used for a number of things like character breakfasts and photo sessions. I don't remember if DQ was an option at the time. However, the "Flex Feature" has gone the way of the dinosaur. It has been replaced with package add-ons like the "Silver Add-on" or the "Prince & Princess Add-on".

There are Park Hopper Plus (PHP) passes which offer "Plus Features". The number of pluses is dependent on the number of park days with 5-day PHPs generally having 2 pluses, 6-day PHPs having 3 and 7-day PHPs having 4. The pluses can be used for admission to Disney's WWoS, PI and the waterparks. One admission is equal to one plus. DQ is not included in the plus features.

Sometimes, you can purchase convention PHPs which have DQ & PI as their plus features. But you would need to be attending a meeting in the greater Orlando area to be eligible to purchase that type of pass.

Regular hopper and hopper plus passes do not include Disney Quest.

Unlimited Magic passes (aka Length of Stay passes, Ultimate Hopper passes) do include unlimited visits to Disney Quest during your Disney resort stay.

The word "flex" (aka "wish") has not been associated with hopper passes but has been associated with Disney resort package deals. Typical "flex features" are: horseback riding, breakfast with disney characters, posed photo session. What is selectable as your flex(es) depends on the package. Normally the package deal also includes an Unlimited Magic pass so Disney Quest is included but does not consume a flex

If you buy a Disney package with flex features and members of the family split up, it is very important that you keep track of whom each pass belongs to, and that each person always uses the same pass. Otherwise a family member may get to his destination to use a flex and find out that his pass has no flexes remaining.

Thank you very much for clearing that up for me. I really appreciate it. Looks like I will be purchasing seperate tickets for Disney Quest :D

Ticketmania charges $24.00/adult ticket (even less if you go thru the MouseSavers newsletter) but they ship to your home for free. Mapleleaf charges $4.95 to ship to your home or hotel.
