disney qsdp on restricted diet

I am going to Disney in July. We had the QSDP last year and loved it! We ate and ate and ate some more. This year however I am having some health issues and was advised to follow strictly a low-fat and low sodium diet with very little added sugar. Last year I had no rules or restrictions so I didn't always pick the healthiest choices! If anyone out there has had these choices to make on QSDP please let me know. I am trying to plan out what I will eat in advance. Thanks, Stephanie

Sorry I can't directly answer your question, but can tell you if you head over to the disabilities board and post there you will get plenty of advice on where and what to eat.
They cover tons of stuff over there. I am sure they can help you out.
