Disney preordered photopass

Im looking at doing this as we have done it before but interested in anyone who has dont the cd and photobook preoreder

How many pages are included in it? Is it good quality?

Would you recommend it?

How much is the Photobook now? always really expensive when I have looked.
So many offers for them in this country I wouldn't pay Disney prices.
Always seems to be deals being posted on here, free book just pay postage or 100 page book for £14.16 etc.

We have done the book & CD pre-order a couple of times. its $50 to pre-order but I usually buy extras after as presents especially at Xmas. It is 20 pages but you add extras for additional cost.

I am really pleased with all 3 of ours. I really like the embossed covers but last time tried the photo cover and that came out really good too.

In the next few days I will start looking at the pictures from this trip and doing our book. I like the books as I never seem to get round to doing albums although I have them sitting empty waiting

I know they are expensive but love the fact that you can get Disney-specific backgrounds and add some of Disney's own photos. I bought one for Nat a couple of years ago after our first trip together and it was brilliant - I really wished I'd ordered an additional one for myself.

We've had the book and, as previously said, you can pay for extra pages if you need to.
You have pretty good control over what is added, with different themes available for each page if you want it.
You can also upload photo's of your own if you have something specific that wasn't on your photopass collection.
Maybe those of us that have them could upload some scanned images for you to give you an idea of what they look like if that would help

We pre-paid for the book and cd last year and the book looked even better than I expected it to. We used a mixture of photopass pics and uploaded some of our own and used it to give an overview of our holiday - it wasn't easy selecting about 80 pics from over 1000 though!

You can also put in your own text to compliment the pictures. As previous posters have said you get 20 pages as standard, using from 1-4 photos on each page depending on which type of page background you choose. You can add extra pages, I think it cost $1.75 per page when we did our book.

It is a really nice keepsake and we will definitely do another one next year

I love the photobook I got from our honeymoon and the quality of the cover is amazing. It's great to have the Disney backgrounds which you wouldn't get with a generic site. I agree that can get better value from UK site but for me the Disney one was worth it - I did all our wedding books on Kodak for about the same price but that's not the point!

Only slight snag was that I was running out of time doing ours and ended up doing it one night when I was slightly tipsy so there are some hilarious spelling mistakes in it!!! Oops

that photobook looks fab! we have pre-ordered the cd package but really liking the look of the book now
