Disney Premier Visa

I already have the Disney Visa and found a promotion online when I was checking my account balance. They are offering a Disney Premier Visa with 2% rewards for gas stations, groceries, restaurants and Disney locations. Reward dollars can pay for anything Disney and can be used for a statement credit on your account towards any airline tickets to anywhere. Also, for the first 3 months, you will get 5% rewards. So, the catch is that there is a $49 annual fee.

We use our card to purchase EVERYTHING. So, I'm thinking that we would easily make up for the annual fee each year. Am I missing something???
