Where the heck do we post questions about theme park merchandise??? Mods if this is the wrong forum please move it. :) Thanks!

So I was on an Adults Only trip to Orlando this weekend and of course snuck in a few hours of Mouse time at Animal Kingdom then hit Downtown Disney for some shopping. I fell in love with the Mr Potato Head parts and bought 2 boxes stuffed full of parts, an additional bag of Easter/Halloween parts and a Darth Tater for me, umm I mean for the kids... Right, for the kids! :rolleyes1

When I got back and opened my boxes I realized that in my frenzy to cram the box full that I had TWO Ariel hairs and NO Mickey Top Hat. I must have grabbed the wrong thing to stuff in the box. :guilty:

Is there anywhere online to buy the Mr Potato Head Disney pieces?? I really don't need a THIRD box of $18 parts just to get the top hat and who knows if they will even have it on our next Disney trip.

Thanks!

How about checking out the MPH site?? I see that alot here on the Dis. They might be able to help. Now you have a GREAT reason for planning another trip to WDW!!!!!! :cool1: pixiedust:

This might be a long shot, but here's the number to Once Upon a Toy:
(407) 934-7775.
I'm not sure cast members are allowed to sell items over the phone or not, but it might be worth a try:)

Individual MPH pieces cannot be sold unless they are too large to fit into an already crammed $18 MPH box -- then those pieces are $2 each. This news from Once Upon a Toy last week. DW filled a box with new pieces and they we opted to pay the $2 ea. for Ariel hair, Ariel base, and the XP-37 base.

I am so excited to do this on our trip there!! I never even knew about this until last week when someone posted about it. Do the parts change from year to year?? We are going there next May and this is on top of my "to do" list!!! LOL

There are usually plenty of Disney Potato Head parts on ebay. Just search for "Disney potato head."

I discovered this when I got home with a wonderful box of parts, but realized too late that I didn't have any arms! Poor Potato Head had no way to hold his Mickey bar. But a little money spent on ebay remedied that. :thumbsup2

Is there a list anywhere of what is available so I know what we don't have?

I am Potato Head OBSESSED! :3dglasses
