Disney Planning DVD

Does anyone know how long it usually takes to get the Planning DVD in the mail? I ordered mine over 3 weeks ago and I still haven't gotten it yet....

Or does anyone have the new 2008 disc that they wouldn't mind sending me?

I ordered one last year & it took a good 4-5 weeks to arrive. (I live in upstate NY) I honestly forgot I ordered it until it came!
