Months ago, when I received the planning video I sent off for a "Personal Holiday Planner".
Well I've just received 2 in the post (with alternative spellings of my name!). I'm not sure what I was expecting but what I got is an A3 sheet of adverts for the parks (including River Country!) with my name at the top (I suppose that's the personalization).
Useful hints include "don't forget your passports and flight tickets"
and "if you want a taste of home ..... you can always pop in for fish and chips at ... UK pavillion"
