Disney Pins

Does anybody out there know what the difference is between
Disney Cast Lanyard "Series" pins and
Disney Cast Lanyard "Collection" pins?
New to pin trading with my 7 yo dd.
Any info would help.

Then why are some pins labelled 1,2,3 or 4 of 4, and others aren't?

Kinda confusing in trying to collect certain series of pins.

Also is there some sort of official pin checklist by Disney or others?

The Disneyana pin book shows some pins and not others.

Any feedback greatly appereciated.

sleepy J: Here are two pin websites that I have came across that I have found to be helpful they are www.dizpins.com and www.dizneypins.com I hope that these two sites are helpful to you.

Some pins (1 of 4, 2 of 4, and so on) are subsets of a larger series. There might be a villains subset, total of 4 pins, that is part of a larger set of 30 pin perhaps.
Like another poster said, dizpins.com & pinpics.com are wonderful resources. I'm not too fond of the "official" site (www.disneypintrading.com?...I *think*), haven't been on it in ages.
