Walt Disney World does that to me every time I have been there. I miss it so much, the sights, the smells, the magic, the wonder, all of it.

I am sitting here typing away listening to “Wishes”. The only thing that makes me happier than typing or talking about Disney is being there seeing Wishes in person

I love it. It always brings a tear to my eye and a smile to my face.

I couldn’t take it one more minute. I had to start a PTR. For those that know us, hello again. For those who don’t, hello nice to see you are reading, please don’t be a lurker, talk to us.

If Disney Marketing knew all the angst, worry, and stress that came from us getting pin codes, they might not send us any. Who am I kidding? I think they know anytime then send us a pin code we will use it, either by modifying an existing reservation, moving up the trip, adding days, or changing dates. They have to see all the changes we make. I would say there is some sort of flagging system that states we are – HDC - habitual date changers.

The first Disney Trip (when I got addicted to the Disney Magic) was the only trip I can remember that we didn’t change anything. We have done 4 trips since then, 3 last year because I came up with the dangerous idea of getting us AP’s for Bill’s birthday last June.

Here is when you might be asking – Who are you? Who is Bill? Well those are good questions and I will get to the introductions with pictures it later I promise. Just be patient, Bill’s smile is worth waiting for

, I promise.

I will give you a little background as to the changes to this trip so far:

Scheduled at Pop June 6th – 12th, 2009 for Bill’s birthday. (Moved due to his graduate classes)

Scheduled at Pop Oct. 25th – 30th, 2009 because of a pin code. (Moved due to deciding to meet some friends at WDW)

Scheduled at POR Oct. 9th – 12th, 2009 to meet friends at WDW. (Cancelled because we didn’t think we could afford 2 trips this year)

Scheduled at Poly Dec. 13th – 19th, 2009 for our 5th anniversary and my 40th birthday.

That sounds crazy doesn’t it? It sounds like we can’t make up our minds. You would think that the Poly at Christmas time with our Anniversary and my 40th birthday would be a trip we would never change or cancel right? Very true unless you are Bill and open up an email from “Disney Destinations” that gives many dates with a 40% off code attached to it

.

Next up… What have we done now? Added days? Changed dates? Decided to go crazy and bring someone again?

I know when we were there last Nov. we had a bounce back 40% off code, so it doesn't surprise me, that they finally extended the code again.

Explain to me what the deal is, when passholders can give a certificate away, so "Um" "I" can get a discount on an Annual Pass.

If I want to get one, can I just get the voucher now, for later use? or do I have to be at WDW to purchase the pass?

Annual Pass code, darn it.

Explain to me what the deal is, when passholders can give a certificate away, so "Um" "I" can get a discount on an Annual Pass.

If I want to get one, can I just get the voucher now, for later use? or do I have to be at WDW to purchase the pass?

The AP discount is for 10% off a new annual pass, not a renewal. You have to redeem it at one of the parks, you can't do it with a voucher. It has to be done by July 31st. If someone uses the discount card the person that gave it to you will get a $25 gift card.

I always tell Bill he should go on a talking tour on how to treat your spouse/significant other etc. and to make sure to throw in that Disney trips always make things better .

Hello, so great to see you too. Bill will chime in very rarely, I try to get him to post more, but he doesn't .

I will do the introductions first because that might explain the some of the changes.

I am Tracy, Disney addicted, computer addicted, food addicted. Yes, I like food way too much as you will see in my pictures. I am in the process of trying to fix that problem. I am 39, happily unmarried, and live with the love of my life. Here I am last year at Epcot with some liquid yumminess:

Bill is my lovely significant other. He is 39 (well will be on June 10th), has Cerebral Palsy, and is in a motorized wheelchair. He is very intelligent and has a wicked sense of humor. He is great at computers, loves is PS3, and his computer games. Oh and he has some hypnotizing

blue eyes that seem to get me into a lot of trouble. Here he is at MK on the train:

I am not done with the introductions but need to talk about the “changes” first. It seems we can never leave things alone. Like I said in the last installment Bill opened his email to a 40% off Disney pin code. Oh goodness, not good, not good at all. Well his mind got to going. I swear I could see the wheels turning. Here is where what I quoted from Walt factors in. He is a lovely man that wants to make the people in his life happy. He wants to make everyone feel as loved and cared for as much as he can. He also wants to do the right thing.

We had talked to my son Josh and his girlfriend Abbey about trying to take them and her two kids to WDW this year. Then we decided we wouldn’t be able to. This bothered Bill, A LOT. He couldn’t seem to get it off his mind and when this pin code popped up he formulated a plan.

“I will give up the Poly if we take Josh and family to WDW”, he said. What? HUH? The Poly is his “dream resort”. I have heard this many, many times. We had the trip almost paid for, had most of our plans figured out etc. He has to be kidding. I said: “You are joking right?” He said “no, I always wanted to take them, family is more important than anything else”. The man makes me cry more than Wishes

.

Now here is where my brain SHOULD kick in and say “no we have had this discussion, it is way too expensive”, but he smiled. That is right, he smiled right at me, the blue eyes twinkled and what did I do? I immediately got on the WDW website and started looking at prices. No resistance, no fighting for our anniversary trip, just clicking and typing - pricing things out. WHY DO I DO THIS? Please let me know if you figure it out. Within 30 minutes of Bill opening that email, I had modified our existing reservation and added another reservation.

Next up… Who else is going and a shocking secret revealed
