Dave, great minds think a like. I was able to fix this up some in pp. I am trying to figure out the dark rides too. I can't wait to get back in a month and take another crack at HM.

Ooooh! I could really go for some Ghiradelli's right now. I NEED chocolate and there is none in the house. :scared: If only chocolate could be sent through cyber space.

I saw the manager as I was shooting and said, "I've been to the real one!" to which he replied, "You mean the original..." :) Touchy... hehehehee...

:)

Jud, just back from two days at a VERY crowded Epcot.

Great shot Colleen!!! What lens did you use? I used my Nikkor 50mm f1.8.
I found that my D80 just had a hard time to get a focus lock on that ride.

Thanks Dave. I used my Canon 50 mm f/1.8. I'm not sure if that shot is from my second time through the HM that trip. DH and I were out one night and I got chatting with someone who kindly informed me that if you go into the program menu (Canon T1i) you can expand the ISO capabilties up to 6400 and I think 128000. I found the same problem with the AF locking too. I think I just fished around for some contrast and was able to get it focused.

I think I set the metering to spot meter, so I don't know if that did anything to help with the AF.

Great shot Jud! What a beautiful blue sky. Something we haven't seen here in a few days. I just hope the weather is like that when we are there one month from today. Our last trip was rainy and cloudy all week, so most of my pics are a bit drab looking.

1 October 2010, exactly what came out of the camera.
