I'm working my way through my pictures in order of our trip. I took a ton at the AK parade. It's one of my favorites. Plus we are in one spot so no one is complaining that mom is stopping to take more pictures!

I have been a lurker and a huge fan of this thread for a very long time and finally decided to join in on the fun.

I just want to let you all know, over the past couple years many of your pictures have inspired me to become a better photographer with my point and shoot and I have been perfecting my technique on my many trips. I have tons of pics to share, just have to get my post count up.

Just got to say...loving the photo's/ I need to post some but I am not sure they would compare. I loved my old 35 mm Minolta XGA and I just graduated to a Sony Alpha. I am still learning my DSRL...we will see what I come up with in 10 days when I go.
