Calvinosaurus, you don't happen to have a younger, single brother (around the age of 26?) HA! Congrats on the new addition!

SpectroMagic*o* on one of the many times that I was in DisneyWorld I went on Pirates of the Caribbean and I got that boat all to myself also :) I believe that this was during my valentine's week vacation and towards the end of the night. There were 2 people in front of me and no one behind me that I could see. Well I could have got in the boat with the 2 people but I was like hey I have a chance to have a boat all to myself and since no one was behind me I waited for the next boat.

Being on that boat ride all to myself was fun :goodvibes Also the 2 people who were in front of me were a girl and a guy about the same age so my guess is they were boyfriend and girlfriend so maybe it was better for them to have a boat ride all to themselves he he >

I have been on Pirates of the Caribbean many many times but this was the first time that I had ever been on that ride by myself. It was so cool being on that ride by myself. When I saw your post about how you and your sister had a boat on Pirates of the Caribbean all to yourself I thought that I would tell you about how I had a boat on Pirates of the Caribbean all to myself :)

Hey Flowers Child, I just want to start off by saying I love all your pics, they capture the happiness of being in the parks. To get to what you were saying, I think there are advantages to going different times of the year and one of the best advantages to going during a "dead" time of year is experiencing the park as if you have it all to yourself. Sure things may be closed for renovations (when we went that time of year, it was Splash Mtn and Test Track) but look at all the cool things about it. There's nothing like getting a ride to yourself. I'm glad you got to experience that too FlowersChild, it truly is an awesome perspective.

Unfortunatly no I don't know if one can still buy it or not. I just found it while surfing his website. Maybe email him and see where he purchased it I guess. You could prob print it out though on good paper and just frame it that way (it's what i did for a scrapbook a few days ago)
Sorry I couldn't be more help :confused3

Beana9802 -

That is a picture of the hat - the Sorcer's hat at MGM Studios It is located right in front of the Great Movie Ride.

It is the "icon" of MGM - some feel it should not be. You cannot see the GMR as you enter the park, the hat is in the way.

I'm one of those that feel it should not be there. It was originally supposed to be located at the front of the park outside the entrance. That would have been a good place for it. At it's current location, it totally destroys the illusion of 1930's Hollywood, which was the theme of the front part of the park. I don't hate the hat, I just hate where it's located.

2006 Flower and Garden Festival - 4/21/2006. I need to crop that crate out o the foreground. They had just finished some type of ceremony for the release of the new Disney Romance stamps, and were still taking down the stage area.

Here's everyone's favorite balloons. BTW, how many of us have bought one of these things first thing in the morning only to carry it around the park ALL day? :rolleyes2
