disney pick up form airport

I think it was this link we used to book last year - had no problems at all.
We got an email confirmation, and just printed that off, and took it to the Disney's Magical Express desk in Orlando airport when we landed.

We only used it one way - but they will call your resort room to let you know what your pick up time is for the return journey when you're there, if you're using it to return to the airport too.

It's only applicable if you're staying at a Disney Resort though, you didn't say where you were staying.

we are staying at pop and booked through our travel agent, can we still use it then? and do i booked myself or agent??

thank you :)

Yes you can still use it. We were unsure whether it was included in our package (even though it is free I wasn't sure if you still needed to book it)

We booked our whole trip with Virgin Holidays so we rang them to check and they said we were already booked on it so no need to book separately. Might be worth checking your travel agent, if not you can book it through the link above :goodvibes

You do still need to book it, as entitlement to the service does not automatically add it. I think it is often down to the actual person you deal with at the travel agent rather then the travel agency you use to book and some are just more familiar with the procedure than others.

You want to see it specifically reflected on your itinerary breakdown/confirmation which you should have received. I booked mine with Disney UK for last year's trip and noticed it wasn't shown so I rang them. It appeared it had just slipped through the system as I had completed my booking around the time they were closing. If you don't see it in black and white, it's pretty certain that it has not been added so if you opt to have your TA add it on, ask for an updated confimation.
