Disney Photopass Question

I know this is going to sound silly and I'm sure I'm just overlooking the answer. I've pre ordered my photopass CD. I've uploaded and edited all of the photos, but I can't figure out where on the site to request them to send me the CD?

Can any one help me? I've looked in my shopping cart which shows my credit, but no where to ask to ship it.

Thanks for any help. My photos start to expire at midnight so I have to figure this out quickly!
