I have been working on a Disney Photobook for MONTHS - and have continuously extended my photo expiry dates so they didn't run out. My photos are still in date, but today, when I logged in, my photobook is gone and no longer appears under 'view saved projects'.

I have called the Photopass helpline, and they have told me they have heard of this happen with people who had 2009 photobooks, but since mine was 2010 it should have been okay. In the meantime she has extended the life of my photos and is going to get their technical people to take a look.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this?! :confused3

Wow, that's not good! Sorry to hear it's gone missing!

I never worked on mine for longer than 2/3 weeks, so I can't comment on working on one for months and it still being there, but I know mine never disappeared in 2008 or 2010.

I do hope they're able to retrieve it for you though :wizard:

It was pictures of our engagement in October 2010, and we had put in loads of work to make it really special. I am so gutted it is gone - I guess we could do it again, but that is not the point - I have spent so much money extending the photo expiry dates they really should let you know if they are about to delete your work! Fingers crossed someone is able to work some magic and get it all sorted...

I had problems with photo book, once I went in and it was not in the saved projects I could have cried, but i think it was their system, went back few hours later and it was there.

Another time though I did the photobook, nearly finished and something happened and I lost the lot ............... TBH was not impressed with photo pass but the disney team were brilliant.

I am puzzled by this post. When we came home from WDW we had a set period of time before the photos expired... it definitely was not months :) I think it was 30 days.

Thereafter if you wanted to have an extension there was a fee :)

Has photopass changed?

Reid the OP has said, "I have spent so much money extending the photo expiry dates" looks like they have kept paying to extend.

No you are correct, you get a month???? I think and then pay to extend after.
