Ok I have searched high and low for this post and I cant see it
(i bet it will be at the top of the list now lol)

I was really interested in the Idea of ordering the disney photo pass cd but you see I am quiet confussed about it all do i pre order a cd then how ever many photos we take we just get them on a cd as last year we had loads and could only afford about 3 of them

so could you please be nice and explain for me Im dopey lol

The way it worked for us we first registered with the photopass site and pre-paid for the CD, for which you are emailed a code number. Then while you're away, the first time you get your photo taken you are given a plastic card with a reference number on it (NB be sure to make a separate note of the number in case the card goes walkabout). For subsequent photos just present the card or just ask for another one if you don't have it with you (the water parks give out miniture versions with wristbands). Back in the UK you log into the photo pass site and enter the reference number(s) off the card or cards you have collected. This retrieves all the photos. (I think there is a time limit so best to get it sorted as soon as you're home). You can add special borders and titles to photos and save them as a new photo (i.e. you can have both the original and any number of amended photos). There was no limit to the overall number. Some may already have extras e.g. if you were asked to pose with cupped hands at the Animal Kingdom you may find baby Simba sitting in your hand on the picture.

Once this is done you order the CD using the code originally emailed to you to "pay" for it. Then just wait for the postman.

Sorry to hijack Tinks_1989, but could i just ask a question?

I don't want to order the photopass cd, but would like an "official" picture in front of the castle. Are we able to ask for that and purchase the picture at WDW?

Neither of us are particularly happy in front of the camera (you can imagine how much fun our wedding photographer had with us!), and don't want to spend loads of money when we only want the one picture.
