Do not rely on disney's photo pass for your family pics.

Most of ours came out bad and there were 60 of them on there.

I am happy that I took my own with my digitial camera because they came out so much better. I also asked CMs to take family photos with our camera and they were better than the photo pass pictures. Also at 9.99 a pop for 5x7's they would add up really fast.

I am sorry you had a bad expierence. There have been very mixed reviews so far. Just like with most things, this may see a huge improvement with time. We haven't had an opportunity to use this yet.

Just received my one 5x7 in the mail today. Pic is so-so. I only had 6 done, and only 1 was decent enough to order. Some were off-center, or kids weren't looking. Thought it was a good idea at first, but now that I'm home, I think it's better to check out the pics before you leave.

Is it true, as it says online, that you can view and share the pictures online before purchasing them? Just curious.....

Hmmm, we had a great experience. We took a couple photos ion Main Street in the Magic Kingdom. We picked up a few at the Photo Shop before we left and then we took advantage of the Photo Pass, after we got home. We ordered a page of the wallet sized photos.
What we really liked was when we took the family photo, the photographer had ous put out our hands, and then stacked them in front of us, and they superimposed Tinker Bell in the palm of our hands! Really Cute photo!

Yes , you are able to share them online. BTW, the right click feature is disabled on them if you were thinking of maybe printing them yourself (I know you wouldn't do that LOL)
CRAZY HAKIM - Glad that you had a good photographer, maybe we just didn't run into one like that

I had photos taked on Main Street last weekend, they turned out very nice and didn't have any problems ordering them online. I have not recieved them yet, so I don't know about the quality of the printer or paper they're using, but I believe it's the same ones they use at the parks.

We've had some truly excellent photos taken at WDW and some lousy ones (too much reflected light off my face, or I was squinting, or whatever). I love being able to view the photos from home and having time to make a decision whether or not to buy.

Also, generally speaking, the photos we took ourselves didn't come out nearly as well as the Photopass pics.

Disney did lose some pictures of us over the holidays, though--they never showed up on Photopass--hopefully these glitches are being resolved.

I'm glad yours came out nice. They took the same picture of us on main street, with the tinkerbell in the kids hands, but it came out blurry and washed out. It is obviously dependant on the photographer.

I am not upset about it because I took a million of my own pictures. It is a great concept, but I just wanted to warn others not to rely on this service only. Make sure you get some family photos wih your own camera.

They can be printed, if you print the whole screen. Just click the print icon at the top of the browser. But it is true that right-click does not work.

I just got our Photo Pass pictures in the mail a couple days ago. The printing is good, but not all the pictures are that great. We got the one with Tinkerbell in our hands on Main Street and I love that one. I also like the borders you are able to add. I wish they offered a choice of matte or glossy finish. I really prefer a matte finish, but you automatically get glossy.

I would never rely only on Disney photographers though. Some of ours were good, some not so good and some plain bad. None were great. A little disappointing, but a really good idea on Disney's part. I think they should really work on training their photographers better -- they would sell alot more pictures!

LOL indeed! Disabled right click wouldn't stop me if I wanted to print them or save to my computer though. ;)
