Make sure you keep track of your charge - I just checked my card that I charged and it shows a pending order for $19.65 however I used the coupon and got the $5 off so it should be $14.65 - I will be watching this - hopefully when the charge actually goes through it will be corrected - make sure to watch your bills!

I just got an email saying my phones have shipped and will be here by UPS on Thursday (3rd) instead of Friday ....Man this is great!!! I am so excited about these phones!!

The tax on my confirmation was actually lower than what it showed on the web site. I assume it is dependent on the buyer's state of residence.

Yes, I believe that that the tax is figured for your state. I am pretty sure that if Motorola does not have a Brick and Mortar store in your state then you should not have had any tax - it is your state that is collecting (or not) the taxes.

After I finally got threw yesssterday after being on hold for 45 min the guy took my info said he was pross. it and put me on hold. then hung up on me. By the time I got thre again they were all gone, I wass so mad. I asked why didn't he call me back he had my number. I could not get back threw, it kept saying call back later. Any way they ssaid they would have sent it to me free for the customer service part but there wern't any. whaaaaaa no fix. I said well what are you going to do, can you put me on a list so if someone c.c. doessnt go threwww I can haave it? or put me on a wait list? No but I can send you a free headset for a customer relations gift. (big deal I want my phone? Thanks for letting me vent. I know how you feel. I couldn't get the site to work for me than they were sold out. But if you click on the link you put in your e-mail address and they will let you know if any more come available. That is what I did and now I sit and cross my fingers.

We bought a Mickey Mouse phone at the gift shop in the Grand Floridian 2 years ago. It has several message with Mickey's voice. It's a real hit in our Great Room when we have visitors. About 100.00 then.....good quality.

And for the people who said they got 2 cofirmation emails...
Check and see if the reference number on both is the same. If it is, then you should be ok. Mine were and when I asked customer service they said it was only one order that went through. If you got 2 different reference numbers, I would call and double check.

I got 2 confirmation numbers. I called Customer Service yesterday and they said they couldn't cancel the order because they were ready for shipping. They suggest that I refuse the second box. When it's returned to them, they will credit my account.

Just my luck.

I just checked ebay and there is a FLOOD of these listed. I was checking for my SIL cause she didn't get her order in before they sold out. They have way more than usual, I'll bet they bought them from the Motorola website and turned around and listed them. LOL
Anyway, for those of you who didn't get your orders in, maybe that would be an option. I'm sure you wont get anywhere near this price but still cheaper than original retail.

I just got the same message too. Doesn't really make sense that they showed up as IN STOCK when I ordered on Sunday and they then e-mailed that they were being packaged for shipping. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I tried to call the customer service then decided to give up after waiting for 10 minutes. This is the worst online shopping experience ever for me. It took me hours to get through their ordering page. I decided I wasted enough time on this and ordered one from ebay. Total with shipping less than $22. I just hope this time I will actually get it soon.
