We have other cordless caller ID phones that never ring until after the wall phone and different cordless phone have rung at least once. I wonder if it has to do with the Caller ID feature and the phone won't ring until the call has been identified?

That it what seems to be happening. The caller ID lights up and once the call displays, then the phone rings.

It was nice this morning. We got a sales call at 7:30am and we don't get up for work until 8:00 on Mondays. Normally it would have really ticked me off, but it was nice to wake up to 'Under The Sea.'

I got my phones today. They are charging. I wondered if I would get them after reading about orders being canceled. I ordered mine early Monday morning (Feb.28th). I tried all day on Sunday Feb 27th! I got two sets of the combo.

2 cool features that I just realized today:

For those of you who have voice mail, the green light blinks when you have voice mail.

For those of you who have voice mail and dial up internet. If someone calls and leaves you a message while you're online the green light still blinks, and the phone lights up and says message waiting across the screen.


I thought these two features were very cool because on our other phones we would always look at our caller ID box to see if anyone called while we were out, and then pick up the phone to listen for the double beep to see if there was a message.

Having an issue with the one phone and wondering if anyone else is having the same problem. We have one Mickey and one Princess phone. The green light that blinks when you have a voice mail will not stop blinking on the Mickey phone. We don't have any more voice mails and the light isn't blinking on the Princess phone. Any suggestions? I tried unplugging it thinking it might need to reset- but no luck.

Anyone else have this problem - it seems that when the battery charge is getting low, the phone won't dial a number correctly (i.e. "call cannot be connected as dialed" or "this is a long distance call")?

We haven't had that problem, but our caller ID won't show up when the battery charge is low, and now it won't show up at all on the handset for the one that the green light keeps blinking on, even if the battery is fully charged...

I bought one of each and unfortunately the ringer on the Mickey phone doesn't work anymore. So sad........
